What is Your Return Policy?

Unused products can be returned within 30 day of purchase. Any product that has been opened and used cannot be returned. Our full return policy can be found here.

What is your Shipping Policy?

We offer free standard shipping (3-5 business days) on orders over $50 to most destinations within the contiguous United States.
You can also select Expedited shipping (2 business days) for a fee during the checkout process. Our shipping policy can be found here.

Where Can I Find the Status of my Order?

By clicking on the “order status” button in your order confirmation email you will see the latest updates to your order. Alternatively, if you have created an account with us you can login to your account to view status.

Can I Cancel my Order?

To return an item, please email us at contactus@colour-block.com or complete this form and our support staff will contact you with the next steps. When sending back your return we suggest that you select a service with tracking information for your records.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

COLOUR BLOCK accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, along with Visa/MasterCard debit cards. Paypal and Amazon Pay are also accepted.
